Full details
The Pelonis Oscillating Tower Fan is an ideal climate control solution for homeowners and office workers seeking a balance of powerful airflow and quiet operation. Its standout benefit is the energy-efficient AI Smart mode, which automatically adjusts cooling based on ambient temperature, though users should note that the unit's height requires dedicated floor space, making it less suitable for crowded desktops.

FAQs
Does the fan have a timer function?
Yes, the unit features an integrated timer for automated scheduling of operation.
Can I use the remote from another room?
The RF remote has a 10m range and can pass through some obstructions, but optimal control is within the same room.
How loud is the fan on the highest setting?
Even on higher speeds, the fan remains quiet, though it is engineered specifically to maintain a 39dB standard for most operating modes.
Does the fan come with a warranty?
Please consult the manual provided in your packaging or the manufacturer's website for specific warranty registration and coverage details.
Is the memory function persistent if the power is cut?
The smart memory function recalls settings based on internal storage, but it may require resetting if the fan is disconnected from the power source for an extended period.
Troubleshooting
Fan fails to oscillate
Check the control panel to ensure the oscillation button is enabled and clear any physical obstructions around the base.
Remote is unresponsive
Replace the batteries in the RF remote and ensure you are within the 10m range of the unit.
Increased noise or vibration
Ensure the fan is on a perfectly flat surface and check for any dust buildup in the intake vents.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setting up the fan is straightforward, requiring minimal assembly of the base before plugging it into a standard outlet. Ensure the unit is placed on a flat, level surface to maintain stable oscillation. Compatibility-wise, the RF remote does not require a direct line of sight to the fan, unlike traditional infrared remotes. For care, keep the exterior clean by wiping it with a soft, dry cloth. To maintain peak performance, periodically vacuum the rear air intake vents to prevent dust buildup, which can restrict airflow and strain the motor.
