Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your Air Force 1s maintain their appearance, wipe down the leather uppers with a soft, damp cloth after wear to remove surface dirt. Avoid machine washing, as this can degrade the leather and the integrity of the adhesive bond. For storage, keep the shoes in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent discoloration and leather cracking. When fitting, ensure you select your standard size; if you prefer a looser fit or wear thicker socks, consider that the padded ankle collar creates a snug, supportive lockdown by design. If the laces become frayed or dirty, they are easily replaceable with standard flat athletic laces.
