The ASICS Gel-1130 trainers are designed for active kids who need a dependable sports shoe that bridges the gap between casual wear and athletic performance. Featuring a stable flat-heel architecture and secure lace-up closure, these shoes provide essential foot support for growing children. While they offer excellent durability and comfort, the white-focused colourways may require frequent cleaning to maintain their pristine appearance.

Yes, the Gel-1130 series is designed for general athletic activity, including light running and school sports.
They feature a stable, supportive construction suitable for growing feet, though they are categorized as a standard trainer design.
Measure the child's foot length and compare it to the UK size guide provided; ensure there is about a thumb's width of space at the toes.
It is not recommended, as machine washing can damage the structural integrity and materials of the shoes; hand-cleaning is preferred.
While listed for boys, the style and fit are often considered unisex; check the size conversion if shopping for girls.
Double-knot the laces or swap them for slightly textured laces that provide more grip.
Remove the insoles after heavy use to let them air out and use an anti-bacterial shoe spray.
Use a specialized sneaker eraser or a soft cloth with a tiny amount of non-abrasive white shoe cleaner.
Proper care extends the life of these trainers. To set up for the best fit, ensure the laces are loosened entirely before sliding the foot in, then tighten from the toe upward to reach the desired tension. For maintenance, remove surface dirt with a soft brush after outdoor use. If the shoes become heavily soiled, use a mild soap and a damp cloth to spot-clean the textile upper, then allow them to air dry away from direct heat sources. Avoid submerging the shoes fully in water, as this can degrade the internal adhesives.
