Wipe gently with a slightly damp cloth. For minor scuffs, a leather conditioner specifically designed for the color may help mask them. Test any cleaning product on an inconspicuous area first.
Replace laces with standard trainer laces of a similar length and color. New Balance offers replacement laces, or they can be found at most shoe repair shops or online retailers.
Ensure the rubber sole is clean and free of mud or debris. If the sole is significantly worn down, it may be time to consider replacement.
Setup: These trainers require no setup; simply unbox and wear. Ensure they fit comfortably before regular use.
Compatibility: The New Balance 480 trainers are designed as adult footwear and are compatible with standard sock wear. They are best suited for casual attire.
Care: To maintain the appearance and longevity of your trainers, spot clean with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or machine washing, especially due to the leather and suede components. For suede areas, a specialized suede brush can be used to remove dirt and restore texture. Allow trainers to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources.
