Yes, the rug is pet-friendly, non-shedding, and designed to withstand the wear of busy households.
Absolutely. The material is compatible with underfloor heating systems.
Blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Avoid rubbing the fibers and do not use harsh chemical cleaners.
No, it is not machine washable. We recommend spot cleaning or professional rug cleaning services.
While it is durable, a non-slip pad is recommended to keep it from shifting on smooth floor surfaces.
Lay the rug flat and back-roll it in the opposite direction, or place heavy objects on the corners for a few days.
Place a high-quality non-slip rug pad underneath the runner to secure it in place.
Use your fingers or a clean, soft-bristled brush to gently lift and fluff the fibers back into position.
Unroll the runner in your desired location and allow it to lay flat for 24-48 hours to remove any creases from packaging. It is compatible with all flooring types, including hardwood, tile, and laminate, though a rug pad is recommended to prevent slippage on hard surfaces.
For daily care, vacuum regularly without a beater bar. In case of spills, blot the area immediately with a clean, dry cloth; do not rub the fibers as this can set the stain. Professional cleaning is recommended for deep, stubborn stains to preserve the integrity of the pile.
