It's handmade in the UK with premium materials and offers extensive customisation options for fabric, colour, and even headboard width.

Ensure all bolts and fixings are fully tightened. Check that the mattress is seated correctly on the base and is not causing any imbalance. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
Verify that the headboard is securely attached to the frame. Double-check all connection points and ensure they are fully fastened according to the assembly instructions.
Consult the specific care guide for the fabric type chosen. For most fabrics, a gentle blotting with a slightly damp cloth and mild upholstery cleaner may be effective. Always test in an inconspicuous area first.
Loosely tighten all screws and bolts first, then align the remaining pieces. Once all parts are in place, go back and fully tighten all fixings. Ensure you are using the correct screws for each step as per the manual.
Setup: Assembly is required for the Raphael Extra Wide Panel Bed. It is recommended that two adults undertake the assembly process. Ensure all components are present before beginning. Follow the provided instruction manual carefully, paying attention to the correct orientation of the frame pieces and headboard. The bed frame typically requires a standard UK mattress size (Double, King, or Super King) to fit the corresponding base.
Compatibility: This bed frame is designed for standard UK mattress sizes. Ensure your chosen mattress depth is suitable for the frame to maintain the intended aesthetic. The bed's impressive dimensions mean it is best suited for rooms with adequate floor space. Consider the placement of doors and windows when planning the layout.
Care: To maintain the luxurious appearance of the upholstered frame, regular dusting with a soft, dry cloth is recommended. For spills or stains on the fabric, consult the specific fabric care instructions provided by Stratus Interiors, as cleaning methods will vary depending on the material chosen. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, which can damage the upholstery.
