Troubleshooting
Panel is not expanding smoothly.
Gently work the trellis back and forth to loosen any stiff joints. Ensure no debris is obstructing the movement.
Leaves appear flattened after unpacking.
Gently reshape the leaves by hand to restore their natural appearance. They are designed to be pliable.
Panel does not stay in the desired position.
Ensure you are using adequate and secure fixings. For larger installations, consider adding more mounting points or additional support.
Color fading over time.
While UV-protected, extreme prolonged exposure can eventually cause some fading. Ensure the panel is not in constant direct, harsh sunlight if color retention is paramount.
