FAQs

Is the footstool detachable?

Yes, the footstool is a separate piece, allowing you to move it around the room as needed.

Does this chair meet UK safety standards?

Yes, all Stunning Chairs products are fully compliant with UK fire regulations for personal home use.

Will the dimensions match the description exactly?

Because the chairs are handcrafted, there may be slight variations in the exact size compared to the stated dimensions.

What is the primary material of the frame?

The chair is built on a sturdy wooden frame designed for durability and daily use.

Can the footstool be used for sitting?

Yes, the footstool is built to be sturdy enough to serve as additional seating when guests are present.

How should I clean the white fabric?

We recommend spot cleaning with a professional fabric cleaner and vacuuming regularly to prevent dust accumulation.

Troubleshooting

Chair or footstool feels slightly wobbly on the floor

Check if the floor is level; if the floor is fine, ensure that the wooden feet are screwed in tightly or adjust with felt furniture pads to level the base.

Stains appearing on white fabric

Immediately dab—do not rub—the spill with a clean, dry white cloth. Use a specialist upholstery cleaner suitable for your fabric type, testing a hidden area first.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Integrated footstool adds significant value and comfort
Modern, stylish design fits various room themes
Sturdy wooden frame provides reliable support
Fully compliant with UK fire safety regulations

Cons

White fabric is susceptible to stains and requires frequent cleaning
Handcrafted nature means slight variations in size may occur
Requires floor space for both the chair and the footstool

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup: The Nicci Accent Chair generally arrives ready for use. Check that all protective packaging is removed from the wooden legs and seat frame to prevent marking the fabric.

Compatibility: The white color is highly versatile and pairs well with neutral gray tones, vibrant jewel-toned accent pillows, or minimalist black-and-white decor themes.

Care: To maintain the white upholstery, spot clean only with a mild, fabric-safe cleaner. Vacuum the crevices of the semi-circular backrest periodically to prevent dust buildup. Because the furniture is handcrafted, avoid placing heavy or sharp objects directly on the fabric to prevent indentations or snags.
