Troubleshooting
Lamp does not turn on
Ensure the lamp is properly plugged into a working electrical outlet. Check that the lightbulb is screwed in correctly and is not burnt out. Verify the inline foot switch is functional.
Flickering light
Try tightening the lightbulb. If the issue persists, the bulb may be faulty or nearing the end of its life; replace with a new ES27 bulb.
Lamp is wobbly
Check that the base is fully assembled and tightened. Ensure the lamp is placed on a stable, level surface.
Swing arm is stiff or loose
Gently adjust the tension screws at the joint of the swing arm if accessible, following any specific instructions in the manual. If it remains problematic, contact customer support.
