FAQs
Are these shoes machine washable?
It is recommended to hand wash them using a damp cloth and mild detergent to preserve the structure and integrity of the ergonomic footbed.
Can I wear these for long walks?
They are designed for long-lasting comfort, but they are still flip-flops. They are best suited for urban walking or casual strolls rather than long-distance hiking.
Do they provide arch support?
Yes, the IQUSHION series is built with a contoured, ergonomic footbed that provides significant arch support compared to flat flip-flops.
Are they true to size?
Yes, they generally fit true to standard UK sizing. If you have particularly wide feet, some users prefer to size up.
Can these be worn in the water?
Yes, the materials are water-friendly, making them perfect for the beach, pool, or locker room environments.
Troubleshooting
The straps feel tight at first
The straps may need a short 'break-in' period. Wear them for short durations indoors to allow the material to flex and adapt to your foot shape.
Footbed is slippery when wet
Ensure the footbed is wiped clean of any oils or lotions. While the material is water-friendly, residual products can reduce grip.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
There is no setup required for the IQUSHION flip-flops; they are ready to wear immediately out of the box. To ensure longevity, keep these tips in mind:
- Cleaning: Simply wipe down the surface with a damp cloth and mild soap. Rinse with fresh water if they have been exposed to saltwater or pool chemicals.
- Drying: Air dry in a shaded area. Avoid leaving them in direct, intense sunlight for extended periods to prevent material degradation or color fading.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from heat sources to maintain the integrity of the cushioning material.
