Setup, Compatibility & Care
To maximize the lifespan of your jacket, always ensure all zips and the storm flap are fully secured before heading out into wet weather. When cleaning, use a technical cleaner designed for waterproof gear rather than standard laundry detergent, which can clog the fabric pores and reduce breathability. Tumble dry on a low setting or air dry, and periodically refresh the Durable Water Repellent (DWR) coating with a specialized spray if you notice water no longer beads on the surface. The jacket is compatible with most standard hiking backpacks; however, be mindful of heavy pack straps pressing against the seams over long-term use.
