Before wearing your new GSM SD trainers, verify the fit by measuring your foot from the heel to the longest toe; this is crucial for ensuring the proper support. When cleaning, avoid machine washing to prevent structural damage. Instead, use a soft cloth or a brush with a mild soap solution to gently remove surface dirt. Allow the shoes to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources like radiators, as high temperatures can warp the materials or cause the adhesives to weaken.
