FAQs

How do I know if I should size down?

The product description advises that if you are between sizes, it is recommended to choose the smaller size. This is a general guideline, and individual fit can vary. Trying them on is the best way to confirm.

Can these trainers be worn in wet weather?

While the rubber sole offers some protection, the suede upper is not waterproof and can be damaged by excessive moisture. It is best to avoid wearing them in heavy rain and consider using a suede protector spray.

What is the heel height of these trainers?

The heel height is approximately 2 cm.

What materials are used in the construction?

The upper is 100% cowhide suede, the lining and insole are 100% cowhide leather, and the outsole is 100% rubber. The trim is 100% cotton.

How do I clean the white leather details?

Gently wipe the white leather details with a slightly damp cloth. For more persistent marks, use a mild leather cleaner specifically designed for white leather, testing on a small area first.

Are these trainers suitable for all seasons?

The materials and design are well-suited for spring, autumn, and mild winter days. For very cold or wet conditions, alternative footwear might be more appropriate.

Troubleshooting

Suede appears dirty or stained.

Use a suede brush to remove dry dirt. For stains, spot clean with a dedicated suede cleaner and follow product instructions. Allow to air dry.

Shoes feel slightly tight.

If you are between sizes and chose the larger size, try wearing thicker socks. If you are between sizes and chose the smaller size, consider stretching them gently or consulting a cobbler.

Leather details scuffed.

Gently buff the scuffed area with a soft cloth. For deeper scuffs on white leather, a mild leather cleaner might be effective, but test on an inconspicuous area first.

Reduced grip on wet surfaces.

Ensure the rubber outsole is clean and free from debris. While the rubber sole provides good grip, caution is advised on very wet or slippery surfaces.
