Troubleshooting

Handle feels loose after installation.

Ensure all screws are tightened securely. If the issue persists, check that the pilot holes are not stripped and consider using slightly larger screws or wood filler if necessary.

Handle does not align correctly.

Verify that the hole centers were measured and drilled with precision according to the product specifications (3x325mm for the 1200mm length). Re-drilling might be necessary if initial measurements were inaccurate.

Scratches or marks appear on the silver finish.

Clean gently with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap if needed. Avoid using abrasive pads or cleaning agents. Minor scratches may be difficult to remove completely but careful cleaning can prevent further damage.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup:

Drill pilot holes appropriate for your chosen screws.
Secure the handle using the provided or suitable screws.
