FAQs
Can I use only one basket?
Yes, you can use either one or both baskets for cooking, depending on your meal size and needs.
How do I clean the dual baskets?
The dual baskets are typically dishwasher safe. For best results and longevity, hand wash them with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge.
What is the purpose of the 'Dehydrate' function?
The 'Dehydrate' function allows you to remove moisture from foods at a low temperature over an extended period, perfect for making homemade fruit leathers, jerky, or dried herbs.
Is the 10-litre capacity for each basket or the total capacity?
The 10-litre capacity refers to the total combined volume of both baskets when used separately or stacked. Each individual basket has a smaller capacity.
How much counter space does this air fryer require?
When in use, it requires space for both baskets side-by-side or stacked. The stacked configuration is designed to be space-efficient, but ensure there is enough vertical clearance.
Can I use metal utensils in the baskets?
It is not recommended to use metal utensils in the baskets as they can scratch the non-stick coating. Use silicone, wooden, or plastic utensils.
Troubleshooting

Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working electrical outlet. Check if the baskets are correctly inserted.
Uneven cooking.
Ensure food is not overcrowding the baskets. Shake or reposition food halfway through cooking. Ensure the air fryer is on a level surface.

Unplug the appliance for 30 seconds, then plug it back in to reset the control panel. Contact customer support if the issue persists.
Smoke coming from the unit.
