The Joules Rainmore Waterproof Button-Through Raincoat is designed for the style-conscious adult who needs reliable weather protection during casual outings, from countryside walks to weekend city trips. This garment excels at keeping you dry with its fully waterproof shell while offering a distinct preppy aesthetic; however, users should note that the button-through closure may be less wind-resistant than heavy-duty zipper-secured alternatives.

Please check the specific care tag on your garment, but generally, we recommend gentle hand washing or a professional clean to protect the waterproof finish.
Yes, the Rainmore collection is available in various colorways, including different shades of Brown and Beige.
No, the Rainmore features a fixed hood designed to provide immediate protection from sudden downpours.
The coat is designed to be lightweight, making it an excellent choice for comfortable daily wear rather than heavy-duty mountaineering.
The coat is designed for adults. Consider what you will be wearing underneath, such as thick sweaters, when choosing your size.
Taped seams are a process where a special waterproof tape is applied to the inside of stitched seams to prevent water from leaking through needle holes.
The waterproof coating may need refreshing. Check the care label for specialized re-proofing sprays designed for waterproof cotton.
Secure any loose threads immediately to prevent the button from detaching. Hand-stitch with a heavy-duty thread for long-term hold.
Ensure the toggle mechanism is free of debris. If it remains loose, check if the interior spring mechanism is obstructed.
To ensure your Joules Rainmore raincoat lasts for seasons to come, follow these care guidelines. Always hang the coat on a sturdy hanger after use, especially if it is damp, to help it retain its shape. When cleaning, avoid harsh detergents that may damage the waterproof coating; a gentle hand wash or a cold delicate cycle is recommended if specific instructions on the garment label permit. To maintain the waterproof integrity of the taped seams, avoid tumble drying or ironing directly on the outer shell. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use for extended periods.
