Troubleshooting

Straps not staying in place

Ensure the adjustable straps are tightened correctly to your desired fit. If they continue to slip, check for wear and tear on the adjustment hardware.

Discomfort around the underbust band

Verify that the band is not too tight. Try adjusting the straps to distribute support more evenly. If the issue persists, consider if the size is appropriate.

Fabric feels less supportive after washing

Follow care instructions carefully, avoiding high heat in drying. Air drying is recommended to maintain fabric elasticity and support.

Visible lines from moulded cups

This is normal for moulded cups. Ensure the bra fits correctly; if the lines are prominent and uncomfortable, the cup size might not be suitable.
