Yes, the synthetic trim is designed to be detachable for easier maintenance and versatility.
It is highly recommended to use professional dry cleaning to protect the down quality and the exterior nylon laqué finish.
This variant is sized for infants aged 18-24 months.
The nylon laqué is water-resistant, providing protection in light snow or drizzle, but it is not fully waterproof.
Yes, the K2 jacket is designed with a neutral aesthetic suitable for all infants.
Store it in a breathable garment bag in a cool, dry closet to prevent dust and maintain the down's loft.
Gently shake the trim to fluff the fibers or use a soft-bristle brush to carefully detangle the synthetic strands.
Spot clean the affected area with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid soaking the down insulation.
Ensure no fabric is caught in the zipper teeth; if it remains stiff, a light application of a wax-based lubricant specifically for zippers can help.
Because this is a down-filled luxury garment, proper care is essential to keep the jacket in top condition. Always check the internal garment tag for specific washing instructions. Generally, it is advised to remove the synthetic hood trim before cleaning the main jacket. Use professional dry cleaning services if possible, as this maintains the integrity of the nylon shell and the loft of the down filling. When storing, keep the jacket in a cool, dry place and use a padded hanger to maintain its shape. Avoid exposing the jacket to direct heat sources or high-pressure drying, which can damage the synthetic fibers.
