Stanley offers replacement parts for many of their bottles. Check the official website for compatible straw replacements for your specific MPN.
Check that the straw is securely pushed into the lid's port and that there are no kinks in the flexible tubing.
Verify that the silicone gasket is properly seated and not pinched or twisted. Ensure the flip straw mechanism is fully snapped closed.
Use a dedicated straw brush to clear out any residue inside the mouthpiece and tube if dishwasher cleaning is insufficient.
To prepare your bottle for the first use, disassemble the lid and straw components and wash them with warm, soapy water. While the bottle is dishwasher safe, ensure that all parts are separated before placing them in the machine to allow for proper water circulation. When reassembling, ensure the straw is firmly seated in the lid to maintain the leakproof seal. Periodically inspect the silicone gasket on the lid; if you notice any buildup, remove the gasket to clean it separately to prevent mold or odors from developing.
