FAQs

What size screws are included?

The pull is supplied with 25mm M4 fixing bolts for quick and secure fitting.

How do I clean the antique brass finish?

Clean with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals. Wipe dry immediately.

Can I use this on a very thick door?

The included 25mm M4 bolt is suitable for standard door thicknesses. If your door is thicker, you may need to source longer M4 bolts.

What is the projection of the knob from the surface?

The projection of the knob is 32mm.

Does this knob come in other finishes?

This specific model is in antique brass. Other finishes and sizes may be available under the Handle & Home brand.

How many holes are required for installation?

This is a single-hole fixing knob, meaning only one pre-drilled hole is needed for installation.

Troubleshooting

Bolt does not screw in properly.

Ensure the bolt is aligned correctly with the threaded insert on the knob. Check for any debris in the threads of both the bolt and the knob. If the hole in the furniture is too large, consider using a washer or alternative fixing method.

Knob feels loose after tightening.

Verify that the bolt is fully tightened. Ensure the back of the furniture material is not damaged or stripped, preventing a secure fit. If the material is soft, a slightly longer bolt or a backing plate might be necessary (not included).

Finish appears inconsistent.

The antique brass finish is designed to have a unique character. Minor variations are normal. If the inconsistency is significant, check the product for damage incurred during transit.
