This guide is for adult women seeking a supportive and comfortable sports bra for medium-impact workouts. The key benefit is its secure fit combined with a stylish design for freedom of movement. A potential caveat is that it's designed for medium impact, so very high-intensity activities might require a different level of support. The Under Armour Armour Crossback Mid Bra in black is made from polyester, offering reliable support and a classic aesthetic for various fitness routines.

This bra is designed for medium-impact activities such as cycling, weight training, hiking, and boxing.
The bra is made from polyester, which offers durability and moisture-wicking properties.
Machine wash cold with like colors, use non-chlorine bleach only if needed, and tumble dry on low heat. Do not iron or use fabric softeners.
While it offers good support, this bra is rated for medium impact. For high-impact activities, a bra specifically designed for that level of support is recommended.
The crossback design enhances freedom of movement for the shoulders and upper back, contributing to overall comfort during exercise.
Yes, its comfortable design and support make it suitable for everyday wear, especially for those who lead active lifestyles.
A properly fitting sports bra should feel snug but not restrictive. The band should sit level on your back, and the cups should fully encapsulate the breast without spillage or excessive compression. It's recommended to consult the brand's sizing chart.
Refer to the Under Armour sizing chart and ensure you have selected the correct size. Hand measure your band and cup size for accuracy.
Ensure the bra is the correct size. If the band is too tight, it can cause straps to dig in. Check that the crossback straps are lying flat and not twisted.
Follow the recommended care instructions carefully. Avoid using fabric softeners and high heat when drying, as these can degrade the fabric's elasticity.
Ensure the bra is not clogged with detergent or fabric softener residue. Wash with a gentle detergent and rinse thoroughly. Avoid overwashing.

This sports bra requires no setup; it is ready to wear straight out of the packaging.
