Setup, Compatibility & Care
To keep your jacket in peak condition, always check the garment label for specific temperature settings. To wash, use a non-biological detergent and wash on a cool, gentle cycle. Avoid using fabric softeners, as these can strip the waterproof coating from the fabric. After washing, tumble dry on a low heat setting—this often helps to reactivate the water-repellent (DWR) finish on the outer shell. Ensure all zips and the hood are properly secured before washing to prevent damage. For long-term storage, hang the jacket on a sturdy hanger in a cool, dry place to prevent the insulation from becoming compressed.
