FAQs
Are these slippers machine washable?
While spot cleaning is recommended to preserve the materials, if machine washing is necessary, use a delicate cycle in a mesh garment bag and air dry.
Can my child wear these outside?
These are designed specifically for indoor use. Outdoor wear will cause premature wear on the plush material and the outsole.
Is the sole hard or soft?
The sole is designed to be soft and flexible for comfort while including a non-slip pattern for safety on indoor floors.
Does the size UK 2 fit all infants?
Size UK 2 is specific to the measurement provided. Please measure your child's foot length to ensure the best fit.
Will the plush lining shed?
Like many plush fleece materials, there may be slight shedding initially, but this should stabilize with regular use.
Troubleshooting
Slipper keeps sliding off the child's foot
Ensure the elastic heel strap is positioned correctly around the back of the heel rather than tucked under the foot.
The sole is becoming slippery
Wipe the outsole with a slightly damp cloth to remove accumulated dust or lint that may be reducing the grip.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
These slippers are ready to wear immediately out of the packaging. To ensure the longest life for your Original Penguin 2 Fluffy Slippers, avoid wearing them on abrasive outdoor surfaces or in wet environments. If the exterior requires cleaning, spot clean gently with a damp cloth and mild soap. Air drying is recommended to preserve the shape of the cushioned footbed and the texture of the plush exterior. Ensure the slippers are fully dry before the next use to maintain hygiene.
