FAQs
Are these shoes suitable for running?
The Cloudtilt series is specifically engineered for walking and daily movement. They are not recommended for high-impact running or intense speed work.
How should I clean the white polyester material?
Spot clean with a mixture of mild soap and lukewarm water using a soft cloth or brush. Avoid machine washing, as this can degrade the specialized cushioning.
Are these true to size?
Yes, the ON Cloudtilt trainers generally fit true to standard UK sizing for women.
Can I replace the insoles?
Yes, the provided insoles are removable and can be replaced with custom orthotics or aftermarket insoles if preferred.
Do they provide good arch support?
The Cloudtilt provides a balanced level of support conducive to all-day walking, though personal needs for arch support may vary.
Troubleshooting
Feeling discomfort after long wear
Ensure that the laces are adjusted correctly to prevent over-tightening or slippage, and consider using a high-quality arch support insole if needed.
Outer sole picking up debris
Use a specialized sneaker cleaning brush or a dull-edged tool to gently pry out pebbles or dirt trapped in the tread patterns.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your ON Cloudtilt trainers, keep the following in mind:
- Fit: Ensure you have selected your correct UK size. These shoes are designed to provide a secure, comfortable fit without restricting natural toe splay.
- Cleaning: Use a soft-bristled brush to remove dry dirt or debris from the polyester upper. For deeper stains, use a mild soap and a damp cloth; avoid submerging the shoes fully or using harsh industrial cleaners.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve the material colors and cushioning properties.
- Compatibility: These trainers are best matched with athletic socks designed for moisture management to maximize the breathability of the shoe's interior.
