The adidas Hockey Divox Bl 99 trainers are designed for adult hockey players who require a blend of performance, durability, and comfort on the pitch. These unisex trainers are built to handle the physical demands of field hockey, providing the stability needed for quick directional changes. A key caveat to consider is that these are specialized athletic shoes optimized for hockey surfaces rather than general-purpose running or gym training, so their traction patterns may feel stiff on hard, non-pitch surfaces.

These trainers are primarily designed for outdoor synthetic turf. For indoor courts, a flat-soled gum rubber shoe is typically recommended.
No, machine washing can damage the structural adhesives and materials. Hand cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap is recommended.
They are designed to be breathable, which means they are not fully waterproof. They can handle damp turf, but sustained heavy rain may lead to water ingress.
Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight to prevent the rubber outsole from hardening or cracking.
The standard insole is fixed, though it can be replaced with custom orthotics if necessary for arch support.
Clean the tread thoroughly with warm soapy water to remove embedded sand and turf fibers.
Check that the laces are evenly tightened and consider adjusting the lacing pattern to provide more room in the mid-foot.
To ensure the longevity of your trainers, always remove mud and loose debris immediately after play using a soft brush. If the trainers become wet, stuff them with newspaper and allow them to air dry in a well-ventilated area away from direct heat sources like radiators, which can warp the materials. Regarding compatibility, these shoes fit true to standard adidas UK sizing. For best results, use them exclusively on field hockey pitches to preserve the integrity of the specialized grip patterns on the sole.
