Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your Chuck 70s remain in top condition, it is recommended to spot-clean the metallic tweed using a soft, damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid machine washing, as the agitation can compromise the adhesive bonds and the tweed texture. For the laces, these can be removed and hand-washed separately if they become soiled. Since the fit is known to be slightly larger, consider using a high-quality insole if you find the fit feels too loose, or opt for thicker socks to fill the volume. Keep the shoes stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent the cream-coloured elements from yellowing over time.
