Troubleshooting

The cap has lost its shape

Gently reshape the crown while damp and let it air dry over a rounded object like a clean towel or a hat block.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To ensure the cap maintains its shape and performance, follow these care guidelines:

Cleaning: Hand wash only in cool water with a mild detergent. Avoid machine washing, which can distort the structure of the visor and crown.
Drying: Air dry by reshaping the cap and placing it on a clean surface or a hat form. Do not tumble dry, as high heat can damage the internal sweatband and outer fabric.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. To maintain the crown's shape, avoid crushing the cap under heavier items or keeping it in cramped storage bags.
Compatibility: This is a unisex accessory designed to fit a standard range of adult head circumferences comfortably.
