FAQs

Are these shoes machine washable?

It is recommended to clean these trainers manually with a damp cloth or soft brush to preserve the integrity of the synthetic upper and rubber sole.

Do the soles leave marks on indoor surfaces?

No, the VS Pace 2.0 features a non-marking rubber cupsole specifically designed to avoid scuffing indoor floors.

What is the primary material of the upper?

The upper is constructed from high-quality, durable synthetic materials.

Are these suitable for wide feet?

The regular fit is standard, but the adjustable lace closure allows for some accommodation for various foot widths.

Can these be used for sports like soccer?

These are lifestyle trainers and are best suited for casual wear, school, and general light activity rather than high-intensity competitive field sports.

Troubleshooting

Shoes feel too tight across the top of the foot

Loosen the laces starting from the bottom eyelets and re-thread to distribute tension more evenly.

Visible dirt on the white side stripes

Use a magic eraser sponge or a damp cloth with a tiny amount of mild dish soap to gently buff away surface stains.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Durable synthetic construction suitable for active kids
Non-marking sole is ideal for school or indoor sports use
Breathable textile lining keeps feet fresh
Classic, versatile aesthetic with signature 3-stripes
Secure lace-up fit for stability

Cons

Synthetic material may lack the flexibility of premium leather
Requires manual cleaning to keep the white accents bright
Lace-up design may be challenging for younger children who have not yet mastered tying shoes

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To ensure your trainers last, follow these steps:

Fit Check: Ensure the laces are adjusted to provide a snug fit across the arch without restricting circulation.
Cleaning: Wipe down the synthetic upper with a damp, soft cloth after use. For tougher marks on the sole, use a soft-bristled brush and mild soapy water.
Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct heat sources to prevent the synthetic material from warping.
Drying: Air dry naturally; avoid placing them directly on radiators.
