Troubleshooting

Tablet isn't turning on or is unresponsive.

Ensure the tablet is charged by connecting it to the charger for at least 30 minutes. If it still doesn't respond, perform a force restart by holding down the Power and Volume Down buttons simultaneously for about 7-10 seconds.

Wi-Fi connection is unstable or not connecting.

First, restart your tablet and your Wi-Fi router. Then, go to `Settings` > `Connections` > `Wi-Fi`, forget the problematic network, and try reconnecting. Ensure your router's firmware is up to date.

Battery drains too quickly.

Check battery usage in `Settings` > `Battery and device care` > `Battery` to identify apps consuming the most power. Reduce screen brightness, disable background app refresh for non-essential apps, and turn off GPS/Bluetooth when not in use. Consider using power-saving modes.

Apps are crashing or freezing frequently.

Clear the cache for the problematic app via `Settings` > `Apps` > [App Name] > `Storage` > `Clear cache`. If the issue persists, try reinstalling the app. Ensure your tablet's software and the app itself are up to date.

Storage is full or running low.

Delete unnecessary files, photos, and videos. Uninstall unused apps. Utilize the integrated card reader to expand storage with a microSD card and move large media files or documents to it. Regularly clear app caches.
