New Balance Fresh Foam X Hierro v9 Hiking Shoes - Green/Beige - Size 5 UK

The Fresh Foam X Hierro v9 hiking shoes are designed for a variety of trail conditions, including rocky paths, dirt trails, and moderate inclines. They offer good performance on both dry and wet surfaces.

This specific product is listed in UK adult size 5. It is recommended to consult a sizing chart or try them on if possible to ensure a proper fit, as sizing can vary between brands.

The product description does not specify waterproof features. They are designed with a breathable upper for comfort, which may allow some water ingress in very wet conditions. They are not intended to be fully waterproof hiking boots.

While they share some features with trail running shoes, the Fresh Foam X Hierro v9 is specifically designed and optimized for hiking. For dedicated trail running, a shoe built for that purpose may offer better performance.

Warranty information is typically provided by the retailer. Please check the product's purchase page or contact the seller directly for details on warranty coverage.

It's best to clean your hiking shoes after particularly muddy or dirty hikes to maintain their condition and performance. For regular use, a quick brush-off is often sufficient.

New hiking shoes often require a break-in period. Wear them for short walks initially and gradually increase duration to allow the shoes to mold to your feet.

While the Vibram® outsole offers excellent grip, extremely wet or muddy conditions can still reduce traction. Ensure the outsole is free from mud and debris. Consider alternative footwear for exceptionally slippery conditions.

The breathable upper is designed for ventilation, but individual foot temperature can vary. Ensure you are wearing appropriate hiking socks (e.g., moisture-wicking materials) and consider adjusting lacing for better airflow if needed.
