To ensure the longevity of your Asics Gel Cumulus 16 trainers, proper maintenance is essential. Ensure the laces are adjusted to your specific foot tension before use to avoid over-tightening. These trainers are compatible with standard orthopedic inserts if you require additional arch support. For cleaning, remove loose dirt with a soft brush and clean the surface with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not machine wash or tumble dry, as high heat can damage the nylon material and the structural integrity of the gel cushioning. Air dry in a cool, shaded area away from direct heat sources to prevent material warping.
