FAQs

Can I use ground coffee in this machine?

No, this machine is designed exclusively for Nescafé Dolce Gusto capsules.

How do I make a cold drink?

The machine features a toggle or selector that allows you to choose between hot (red) and cold (blue) water dispensing.

Does the machine need a special water filter?

No, the machine does not require a specific built-in water filter, though using filtered water can improve the flavor of your coffee and reduce the need for frequent descaling.

How often should I descale the machine?

It is generally recommended to descale the machine every 3-4 months, or more frequently if you live in an area with hard water.

What is the capacity of the water tank?

The water tank has a capacity of 0.8 liters.

Troubleshooting

Coffee flow is slow or not dispensing.

Check if the water tank is correctly seated and full. If it still fails, the needle may be clogged with coffee residue; gently clear it with a non-metallic pin.

Machine will not power on.

Verify the plug is firmly seated in the outlet and that the power switch is in the correct position. Test the outlet with another appliance to ensure power flow.
