While they offer excellent cushioning and comfort for everyday wear, the Nike Air Pegasus Wave is primarily designed for casual use and style, inspired by a running heritage. For dedicated athletic performance, consider Nike's specialized running shoe lines.
The full-length Nike Air cushioning provides responsive shock absorption and a plush, comfortable feel throughout your foot, reducing impact during walking and daily activities for extended comfort.
These sneakers are generally true to size. For the best fit, we recommend trying them on, or consulting Nike's official size guide if ordering online. The midfoot cage offers additional support and a secure fit.
The leather overlays offer some protection, but the mesh upper is not waterproof. We recommend avoiding heavy rain to protect the materials and prolong the life of your sneakers. For added protection, you can apply a water-repellent spray designed for shoes.
It means the sneaker takes inspiration from the aesthetics and features of original Nike Pegasus models from the early 2000s, updating them with modern materials and cushioning technology for contemporary style and comfort.
Often caused by friction between materials. Try sprinkling a small amount of baby powder or cornstarch under the insole to reduce friction. If persistent, inspect for any loose parts or manufacturing issues.
Allow sneakers to air out completely after each use. Use shoe fresheners or cedar shoe trees to absorb moisture and odor. Avoid wearing the same pair daily to allow them to dry out properly.
For light scuffs, use a soft, damp cloth to gently wipe the area. For more stubborn marks on leather, a specialized leather cleaner designed for sneakers can be used carefully, following the product's instructions.
Ensure you are wearing the correct size. Check your lacing for tightness – sometimes adjusting the lacing pattern can improve comfort. Consider wearing appropriate socks that offer cushioning or moisture-wicking properties.
These sneakers require no special setup; simply lace them up and go. They are highly compatible with a wide range of casual attire, from jeans and shorts to athletic wear, making them a versatile addition to your wardrobe. For care, gently clean the mesh upper with a soft brush, mild soap, and water. For the leather overlays, wipe them with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or machine washing, as this can damage the materials. Allow sneakers to air dry completely away from direct heat. Regular cleaning will help maintain their appearance and prolong their lifespan.
