Troubleshooting
Joints feel stiff upon initial unboxing
Gently move the joints back and forth slowly to loosen the factory-set tension; do not force them beyond their natural range.
Hair appears messy after packaging removal
Gently brush the hair with a soft-bristled doll brush or a clean toothbrush to realign the fibers; do not use heat styling tools.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To maintain the integrity of the doll, keep it away from direct, high-intensity sunlight which can fade the fabric of the outfits or discolor the plastic over time. When removing the doll from its packaging, use a small pair of scissors to carefully snip the plastic ties securing the hair and accessories to the backing board. The doll is compatible with other standard-sized Bratz clothing pieces, though the unique Clueless-series accessories are specific to this line. For cleaning, use a soft, dry microfiber cloth to remove dust from the doll’s face and limbs; avoid using water or household chemicals on the synthetic hair or fabric outfits to prevent material degradation.
