Can I remove the insoles to use custom orthotics?
Yes, the insoles are generally removable, allowing you to insert your own specialized orthotic supports if needed.
Troubleshooting
Foot feels too tight or restricted
Loosen the lacing system starting from the eyelets closest to the toes to relieve pressure points.
Laces coming undone during activity
Use a double-knot or a sports-specific lock knot to secure the tension throughout the game.
Visible dirt accumulation on the red/black mesh
Use a soft-bristled brush with a gentle soap solution to spot-clean the affected areas, then wipe clean.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the best experience with your Jordan Super Fly trainers, verify that your UK size (7.5 for this specific model) matches your current foot measurement. For care and longevity:
- Routine Cleaning: Wipe the exterior with a soft, damp cloth after dusty or muddy sessions to maintain the fabric integrity.
- Air Dry: Always allow your trainers to air dry at room temperature; avoid placing them directly on heat sources like radiators, which can warp the materials.
- Lacing: Ensure laces are tightened to your personal preference before play to maximize the lockdown support provided by the upper architecture.
- Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent color fading.
