Troubleshooting

Overwrap does not fit correctly

Ensure you are using the Avid EXO 2 Overwrap with the corresponding Avid EXO 2 Shelter. Verify that the shelter is set up correctly and tensioned properly before attaching the overwrap.

Excessive water pooling on the ground around the overwrap

Check that all pegging points are securely anchored and that the ground sheet (if applicable) is correctly positioned. Ensure the integrated rain gutter is clear of debris.

Difficulty zipping the door or vents

Gently check for any fabric caught in the zipper teeth. Ensure the overwrap is adequately tensioned; a slack overwrap can cause zippers to bind.

Condensation still present inside

While the overwrap significantly reduces condensation, some can still occur in extreme conditions. Ensure the zip-through access vents are utilized for adequate airflow, even if the main shelter vents are closed.
