Troubleshooting
iPad won't turn on or respond.
Ensure the iPad is charged; connect it to power for at least 15 minutes. If it still doesn't turn on, perform a force restart: Press and hold both the Home button and the top (power) button until you see the Apple logo.
Apps are running slow or crashing frequently.
Close unnecessary background apps by double-pressing the Home button and swiping apps up. Check for app updates in the App Store. If issues persist, free up storage space or update your iOS version.
Cannot connect to Wi-Fi or connection is unstable.
Toggle Wi-Fi off and on in `Settings` > `Wi-Fi`. Restart your router and modem. If the problem continues, go to `Settings` > `Wi-Fi`, tap the 'i' next to your network, and choose 'Forget This Network', then try reconnecting.
Battery drains quickly.
Check battery usage in `Settings` > `Battery` to identify power-hungry apps. Lower screen brightness, enable Low Power Mode, and disable background app refresh for non-essential apps.
Storage is full or nearly full.
Go to `Settings` > `General` > `iPad Storage`. Delete unused apps, large videos, or photos. Offload apps you don't use often (which keeps data but removes the app itself). Consider storing photos and videos in iCloud or other cloud services.
