FAQs
Are these suitable for serious hiking?
The ECCO Terracruise Lt are suitable for light to moderate hiking and trail exploration due to their supportive sole and durable construction. For very strenuous or technical terrain, dedicated hiking boots might be more appropriate.
Can I wear these in water?
While the man-made materials can handle moisture, these are not designed as water shoes. Prolonged submersion is not recommended, and they should be dried thoroughly if they get wet.
How do I clean the insoles?
The insoles are removable and can be wiped clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Allow them to air dry completely before reinserting.
What is the primary material of the sole?
The sole is made of Polyurethane (PU), which provides good support and durability.
Is the bungee lace system replaceable?
The bungee lace system is integrated into the sandal's design. If damaged, it may require professional repair or replacement of the sandal.
What is the difference between these and ECCO Terracruise Lt Trainers?
The Terracruise Lt Sandals feature an open sandal design with a closed toe, optimized for warmer weather and versatility. Terracruise Lt Trainers are fully enclosed shoes designed for athletic activities, offering more robust support and protection for running or training.
Troubleshooting
Sizing feels incorrect
Ensure the bungee laces are fully loosened before trying on. If still uncomfortable, consult the ECCO sizing chart or consider a different size. Removable insoles can offer minor adjustments.
Difficulty adjusting bungee laces
Push the toggle firmly to loosen or tighten the laces. Ensure the laces are not tangled.
Material shows signs of wear
Clean regularly as per care instructions. For significant wear on the sole, professional advice may be needed.
