Cushion does not sit flat
Ensure the cushion is fully dry. If it's new, allow some time for the filling to settle. Gently press down on the cushion to help it conform to the seat.
Fading after prolonged sun exposure
While designed for outdoor use, extended direct sunlight can cause fading. Consider storing the cushion indoors or using a cover when not in use to prolong its color vibrancy.
