Troubleshooting
Cushion cover doesn't fit insert properly
Ensure you are using a 45 cm x 45 cm insert. If the insert is too full, consider a slightly larger or softer insert.
Velvet texture appears flattened or matted
Gently brush the velvet with a soft-bristled brush in the direction of the pile. Avoid prolonged pressure on the cushions.
Zipper is difficult to close
Ensure no fabric is caught in the zipper. Gently guide the zipper up and down. If still stuck, check for any debris in the teeth.
Color looks different than expected
Colors can vary slightly due to monitor settings. Refer to product images and descriptions for the closest representation. Consider purchasing one cover initially if color matching is critical.
