FAQs

How do I clean my UGG Classic Short II Boots?

Use a suede and sheepskin cleaner, following the product instructions. Avoid using harsh chemicals or machine washing.

Are these boots waterproof?

The boots are water-resistant due to the pre-treated upper, but they are not fully waterproof. Avoid prolonged exposure to heavy rain.

What kind of socks should I wear with these boots?

You can wear any type of socks you prefer, but thicker socks may make the boots feel tighter initially.

How should I store my UGG boots?

Store your UGG boots in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Consider using boot shapers to maintain their form.

Can I use a hairdryer to dry my boots if they get wet?

No, do not use a hairdryer or any direct heat source, as this can damage the sheepskin. Allow them to air dry naturally.

What is the lifespan of these boots?

The lifespan depends on usage and care. With proper care, they can last for several seasons.

Troubleshooting

Boots appear to be stained.

Use a suede cleaner specifically designed for UGG boots. Follow the cleaning instructions carefully.

Boots feel too tight.

The sheepskin lining will mold to your foot over time. Consider wearing thinner socks or wearing them around the house for short periods to break them in.

Boots are losing their shape.

Use boot shapers to help maintain the boot's form when not in use.
