The HOMCOM Mobile Drop Leaf Dining Table in Black is designed for those seeking a versatile and space-saving furniture solution. Its primary benefit lies in its adaptable drop-leaf design, allowing it to transform from a compact unit to a dining table seating up to six, complete with integrated storage. A key consideration is its 20 kg total weight capacity, suitable for everyday use but not for very heavy items.

When fully folded, the table measures 23 cm (L) x 75 cm (W) x 74 cm (H).
When both leaves are fully extended, the table can comfortably seat up to six people.
Assembly is required, but the table comes with all necessary hardware and step-by-step instructions. Most users find it manageable with basic tools.
The total weight capacity for the table is 20 kg. It is suitable for everyday use but not for very heavy items.
The melamine-coated surface can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners to protect the finish.
Yes, the table is equipped with two castor wheels for easy mobility. It also has brakes to lock it securely in place when positioned.
Yes, the two central shelves are designed for discreet storage and remain accessible even when the side tabletops are down.
Ensure all screws and fasteners are fully tightened. Double-check the assembly instructions to confirm all components are correctly seated. Uneven flooring can also cause wobbling; try moving the table to a flat surface.
Inspect the hinge mechanisms under the leaves. Ensure they are free from obstructions and properly engaged when the leaf is lifted. If a hinge is loose, tighten its screws carefully.
Check the wheels for any debris or hair caught in the casters. Clean them if necessary. For brakes, ensure they are fully engaged or disengaged. If a wheel is damaged, consider contacting customer support for replacement parts.
Ensure nothing is obstructing the shelves. If they are removable, check their alignment. If items on the shelves are too tall, they might catch on the tabletop when lowering the leaves.
The HOMCOM Mobile Drop Leaf Dining Table requires assembly. All necessary hardware and instructions will be included in the package. Follow the step-by-step guide carefully to ensure secure construction. Once assembled, this table is designed to be highly compatible with various home environments, especially those with limited space, such as apartments, studios, or small dining areas. For care, simply wipe the melamine-coated surface with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the finish. Dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. Do not exceed the maximum load capacity of 20 kg to prevent damage. Regularly check and tighten any screws if needed to maintain stability.
