Troubleshooting
Mattress not fully expanding
Ensure the mattress has had at least 24-48 hours to fully expand after unpacking. Check that it is on a flat, supportive surface.
Initial smell upon unpacking
This is normal for vacuum-packaged foam products. Allow the mattress to air out in a well-ventilated room for a few days.
Feeling pressure points or discomfort
Ensure the mattress is on a suitable supportive base. Allow a break-in period of a few weeks, as foam can take time to adjust to your body.
Cover does not fit properly after washing
Ensure the cover was air-dried or tumble-dried on a low setting as per care instructions. Do not over-dry. Re-fit while slightly damp if necessary.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
- Unpack the mattress: Carefully remove the mattress from its packaging. As it arrives vacuum-packaged, allow it to expand fully to its intended shape and size.
- Allow to air: It is recommended to let the mattress air out for a few hours in a well-ventilated room to dissipate any initial manufacturing odors.

Compatibility:
- This mattress is ideal for bunk beds, trundle beds, guest beds, and sofa beds due to its 13cm depth.

Care:
- The outer cover is zip-off and can be cleaned separately. Follow the care label instructions on the cover for washing.
- To clean the mattress itself, use a damp cloth and mild soap if necessary. Avoid soaking the mattress.
