The ASICS Gel-Contend 10 Trainers are ideal for adults seeking a reliable, everyday shoe that balances comfort and stability. Featuring signature GEL cushioning technology, these trainers are built to support daily activities, though they are primarily designed for casual wear and light exercise rather than high-intensity long-distance running. With a breathable synthetic upper and a robust rubber outsole, they offer a consistent experience for those needing a versatile trainer that handles various surfaces with ease.

It is recommended to hand wash these shoes to preserve the integrity of the materials and the GEL technology.
Yes, the removable insole design makes it convenient to insert custom orthotics.
While comfortable, they are better suited for casual activities, light training, and walking rather than long-distance endurance running.
Remove them from the shoe and hand wash with mild soap and water, then let them air dry completely before reinserting.
Yes, the durable rubber outsole is designed to provide reliable traction on various standard surfaces.
Remove the insole, ensure the interior floor of the shoe is clean, and re-insert ensuring it is pressed firmly against the heel cup.
Use a soft-bristled brush with mild soapy water to gently scrub the synthetic upper, then wipe clean with a damp cloth.
To ensure the best fit, verify your UK adult size before first use, as the Gel-Contend 10 maintains a standard athletic profile. Since the shoes feature a removable insole, ensure it is seated flat inside the shoe before putting them on to avoid discomfort. For care, keep the trainers away from direct high-heat sources, which can degrade the synthetic materials and rubber. To clean, remove the insole and hand wash it separately in mild soap and water; for the outer shell, wipe down with a damp cloth and allow them to air dry naturally in a well-ventilated area.
