Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your rug remains in peak condition, always use a rug grip when placing it on smooth surfaces like hardwood, tile, or laminate to prevent slipping and improve safety. Upon unpacking, you may notice some flattening due to shipping; gently shaking the rug or using your fingers to fluff the fibers will help restore its original volume. For cleaning, avoid aggressive scrubbing; instead, use a vacuum on a low-suction setting without a rotating beater bar to avoid damaging the tufted fibers. Rotate the rug every few months to ensure even wear across the surface.
