The uppers are made from 100% suede.

How do I adjust the fit of the sandals?

The fit can be adjusted using the strap and buckle fastening.

What is the heel type?

These sandals feature a wedge heel.

Can I wear these for long walks?

While comfortable for general wear, the wedge heel might be less ideal for extensive walking on very uneven surfaces. They are best suited for casual outings.

How should I clean the suede material?

Use a suede brush for regular cleaning and a suede eraser for marks. For tougher stains, a specialized suede cleaner is recommended. Always test cleaners on a hidden spot first.

What are the lining and sole materials?

The lining is 100% textile, and the sole is 100% rubber.

Troubleshooting

Suede appears scuffed or dirty.

Use a suede brush to gently lift the nap and remove surface dirt. For stubborn marks, use a suede eraser.

Straps feel too tight or too loose.

Adjust the buckle on the fastening strap to find a secure and comfortable fit for your foot.

Discoloration after exposure to water.

Allow the sandals to air dry naturally away from direct heat. Once dry, use a suede brush to restore the nap. Water can affect suede, so consider using a water-repellent spray for protection.
