This collage frame is designed to hold photos that are 4x6 inches (approximately 10x15 cm).

How do I change the photos?

You can easily change photos by using the turn buttons located on the back of each frame section. Simply turn them to open, replace the photo, and turn them back to secure.

Is the frame made of real wood?

The frame is constructed from thick MDF (Medium-Density Fiberboard), which is a durable engineered wood product.

Can I hang this frame horizontally or vertically?

The design is intended for a specific orientation as a collage. While individual photos can be oriented portrait or landscape within their slots, the overall frame is designed for a singular display configuration.

The display cover is made of high-transparency glass, which provides a clear view of your photos.

Will the sample photos be included when I receive the frame?

The frame may come with sample photos, but these will be different from the ones shown in the product images. You will need to insert your own photos.

How many individual frames are in this collage?

This collage picture frame features twelve spaces for photos.

Troubleshooting

Frame does not close properly.

Ensure photos are inserted flat and not overlapping. Check that the turn buttons are fully engaged.

Glass appears smudged or dirty.

Use a soft, lint-free cloth slightly dampened with water or a glass cleaner specifically designed for transparency. Wipe gently.

Photo does not fit the slot.

Verify that you are using 4x6 inch (10x15 cm) photos. Trimming photos may damage them and is not recommended.
