The GEL™ cushioning technology in the ASICS Gel-Cumulus 16 is designed to provide excellent shock absorption, reducing impact on your feet and joints for a more comfortable stride.

The Gel-Cumulus 16 was originally a distance trainer, offering good cushioning for runs. However, for competitive marathon running, newer specialized models might offer more advanced features. They are best suited for everyday runs and training.

The canvas base should be cleaned gently with a damp cloth. For stains, use a soft brush with a mild soap and water solution, then wipe clean with a damp cloth and allow to air dry. Avoid harsh chemicals or machine washing.

The design is inspired by the resilience of the Sturt's Desert Rose flower, symbolizing its ability to thrive in harsh environments. This is reflected in the shoe's natural color palette and durable construction.

While they offer good comfort and support for general activities, they are primarily designed for running and walking. For activities requiring significant lateral stability, specific cross-training shoes might be more appropriate.

FLUIDRIDE™ is ASICS' proprietary technology that combines two different midsole materials to provide a springy feel and excellent cushioning while remaining lightweight.

Speed laces are designed for quick fastening and easy adjustment. They typically use a toggle or locking mechanism, allowing you to tighten or loosen the laces rapidly without traditional knot-tying.

Loosen the speed laces to adjust the fit. If still too tight, ensure you have selected the correct size; consider trying a half-size up.

This can sometimes occur due to moisture or friction between shoe components. Ensure the insoles are dry and properly seated. If the noise persists, a small amount of talcum powder under the insole might help.
