Wi-Fi connection is unstable or slow

Camera not detected by video apps

Check that the manual privacy shutter is in the open position and ensure the camera access toggle is enabled in Windows Privacy settings.

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Powerful NPU for on-device AI applications
  • Sturdy aluminium build quality
  • Exceptional Wi-Fi 7 wireless speeds
  • Modern, slim-bezel 16:10 display
  • Enhanced security features including privacy shutter and TPM

Cons

  • No dedicated graphics card for intensive 3D rendering
  • Fixed memory (on-board LPDDR5x-SDRAM)
  • Standard display brightness may require adjustment in direct sunlight

Setup, Compatibility & Care

  1. Setup: Upon first boot, follow the Windows 11 Pro instructions to link your account. Ensure you connect to a 6GHz Wi-Fi network if available to utilize the full potential of your Wi-Fi 7 card.
  2. Compatibility: The inclusion of two Thunderbolt 4 ports allows for easy connection to docking stations, external displays, and high-speed data drives. The USB-C port is designed with reinforced twist resistance to withstand frequent plugging and unplugging.
  3. Care: Keep the aluminium chassis clean by wiping it with a soft, lint-free cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals. Because the memory is soldered on-board, ensure you are satisfied with the initial 16GB capacity as it cannot be upgraded later.
