To provide ventilation to the void underneath a suspended floor.
The vent provides 6,600mm² of airflow.
It can be adjusted for 3 to 5 brick courses.
You can add extension sleeves (G961) and a remote void vent (G962).
It meets BRE Digest 17 and 262, Building Regulations C4, NHBC Standards 5.2, and BS 5250:2011.
